Standing figure

Standing figure was shortlisted in the Benalla Nude Art Prize 2014. A small work that flowed from the spatula, its use of several viewpoints simultaneously gives it an interesting energy. Prize judge Daniel Thomas said “It’s like a rounded form of Cubism”.

Currently on show at Benalla Art Gallery, Victoria until Sunday 13 July.
